Coastal Restoration is a large loss mitigation contractor with the corporate office in Panama City, Florida. We have over 20 years of experience in Bay County with satellite offices in New Orleans, Louisiana and Jacksonville, Florida; we are uniquely positioned with personnel and equipment to rapidly deploy anywhere in the Southeast. Additionally, our expert use of insurance industry standard estimating software, assures you of reasonable and customary pricing resulting in further cost savings.
Coastal Restoration Senior Project Managers possess advanced certifications water damage restoration, mold abatement, fire & smoke restoration, and environmental cleaning related to catastrophic flooding and the related health and safety concerns.
For example, in just the last year, our team cleaned, dried, and/or restored over 3,000,000 sf of commercial and residential buildings after Hurricane Katrina and Wilma. A significant part of that mobilization and clean-up was our Keesler AFB effort in Biloxi MS. Keesler Hospital was the single largest building on that base with approximately 300,000 sf of affected area. During his tour of the base, the Secretary of the Air Force commended our efforts and we received the highest marks from those in charge of Keesler AFB.
Recognizing the tremendous need for safety in the emergency response industry, we have pursued advanced certifications with OSHA and have an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer on staff. In fact, our safety training division, or "COSHA" as we have named it, offers "Emergency Action Plan" seminars and safety training. A variety of companies in ours and other industries have become "partners in prevention" to help reduce losses and expedite recovery.
